Hope y'all ready for some of that :V

SO, i've had this sketch lying around for a while, decided to finally have a go at actually drawing the magic and slapping on a uh, loose background. Have to say, quite happy with how this turned out, especially the lighting on Phoebe, but i also quite like her witch look. For the latter reason, i have decided that she was canonically a member of a witch coven for a while, and is thus more than qualified for highly advanced witchcraft. :v
