Jack doesn't like being idle, but he knows that his body needs rest to grow. On Sundays he lounges instead of running 3 miles likes most mornings. He does enjoy taking the time to savor his coffee, but his thought usually turn to what he wants to accomplish in the gym in the upcoming week. He often thinks it would be easier to have rest days if he had someone lounging next to him, rubbing his tired size 14 feet.
