The beginning of a new story!I made 2 different versions of this comic. one with an Imperial officers as John's companion, and this one. I ended up liking this one better so it was released and the imperial character will be used in a later story.

9 months later and he still hasn't delivered the soul gem... Is Neloth still waiting for John's return? Does John even still have it or did he lost it somewhere?

Shouldn't one of the best (if not the best) enchanters on Nirn have an ample supply of soul gems already? Or is this a special one? Or maybe Neloth is just doing it to annoy John, it wouldn't be surprising

I bet he'll be fighting an entire coven of incredibly dangerous necromancers or outlaw conjurers, and the soul gem will contain an immensely powerful and equally dangerous daedric or mortal soul that no one should ever handle if he wants to keep his life and/or sanity.
