I made this with....hb,b,and 2b pencils. I'm looking for mechanical pencils, but I can not find any. So sad. oh yes it is a photo reference, but I did not use a grid. I hardly ever use grids because I consider it to be "cheating" if you will. I know it helps to use one, but 99% of the time I will absolutely refuse.
