funny story. the sun was setting and i was pulling out of a tiny parking lot. when I saw the colors deepen in the sky, and the pylons sticking up out of the water right there, i slammed on the brakes and jumped out of the car, leaving my door open. it was a one lane parking lot, and the guy behind me wanted me to move. so i shot really fast...three shots...and jumped back into the car. didn't have any idea what i shot...funny thing... sometimes it's just better to be lucky than good

this is unbelievable!!!!!! completely gorgeous!!!!! breath taking! wow! love how you caught the bird in flight, also the wood does alot to this picture! definitely one of your best and absolutely one of my favorites of your work!

WOW, coming from you, I am honored to receive the comments!! I'm glad you like it. I had about 5 seconds to shoot it cause i stopped my car in the middle of a one way lane of a parking lot. the guy behind me didn't have much patience, but it worked out OK I guess

yeah, me too. anytime i go where there are visible sunrises, i get up way before and wait for it. i think i like sunrises more than sunsets. i guess cause they bring the promise of a wonderful day...thanks for the nice comment.
