Connor Dolphion is the founder of Ultermdrive, an organisation of multiple factions who protect the multiverse. Connor is a half-dragon android, somehow (it's never explained). Connor is a master swordsman, he wields twin swords and has multiple fire abilities.
Connor's personality is he's kind and friendly to lots of people, but can become extremely violent and sadistic when his friends are threatened. He can be protective of his family and his best friend Lumia, but he never forgets about his other friends.

Connor has multiple forms, his main alternative forms are his two Kamen Rider forms, Kamen Rider Dragon-Fire, his primary Rider form which uses his own Burning Dragon Progrisekey. And Kamen Rider Drag-Fi, his Desire Grand Prix form who uses the Dragon and Blade Raise Buckles.
