Description: Moomoo are one of the largest Baby Pokémon. Because of their size, it takes some time for them to gain strength in their skinny legs. They are always distracted by the curl on their head, occasionally trying to lick it.

P.S. I'm serving you gen 1 artstyle, fantasy pre-evolution of Miltank and Tauros, cos who doesn't want a baby cow Poke??? Better, but not best. Finally finalised this little WIP so I'm happy. Also, I added a fun visual pun into Moomoo's design, with it wearing a literal cowlick. Also, I thought Moomoo was a great and easy name for it, because Miltank's milk is named Moomoo Milk, and who would that milk be made for originally? Moomoo.
