The seal pups and adults was spotted at St Marys Island in Newcastle. over last 7 years a seal colony has grown and despite locals people disturbances the seals have grown in numbers. The Island has back area of rocks behind the lighthouse where the seals stay its been set as nature reserve but I myself have told multiple people not to disturb the seals. locals who have no care for nature and just want to spoil it for the rest makes me so mad and St Marys Lighthouse had plenty of them.If you want to see the large number of seals google St Mary’S Island, Whitley Bay NE26 4RS here and check tide times to avoid getting stuck.
