These three, were put through so much. The Prodigal Son, taken from his mother, made into a weapon with fake memories and purpose, sent out into the world, and then called back to destroy his true father. The People's Daughter, taken from her family and bonded to a fellow slave, taken again, raised to be Rapture's Messiah, a being who would have no sense of self, no freewill, in escaping lost the closest thing she ever had to a real parent. The Lamb of Columbia, taken from her true father, hid away from those who could have told her the truth, tortured to become Comstock's daughter, only to lose both her father and her only friend at once, and then dying to save the innocent in Rapture.
