Except Hurricane Katrina was not Bush's fault, now he still fucked up with FEMA on the response but the storm itself was not his fault. Same goes for any president, regardless of the response (Something they can control) they cannot be held responsible for the storm itself. Now you don't have to like Obama but to politicize or make a joke from a tragic event like this is quite disturbing.
