If you exceed your power and nobody stops you, I guess you haven't exceeded your power. ΒObama shows leadership courage in only 2 areas: Β assaulting the Constitution and cowing a docile GOP and Congress.
I am one of the few Americans who was unaware of the president's power to impose time limits on Congress' actions.

If you listen to people that worked with him in academia, before he went into politics, they will tell you he is an arrogant and uncompromising oaf. If he disagrees with you, not only will he refuse to talk or debate with you, he will outright ignore and hate you. This man has a worse personality than Nixon.
