First - If underage people are going to have sex they may as well have protection, but, teen pregenancy is MUCH HIGHER in states without FULL SEX EDUCATION.So yes, the liberals are helping you here! We as humans have sex pretty early in life, and naturally teens are gonna have that urge.Β
Protection is very important so they don't get diseases, unwanted children, etc.Β
Second - Teen rates of weed consumption have gone down in states that have legalized. Pot is regulated like any drug, just as alchol, you have to be a certian age. Young people on it for medical reasons (seizures , cancer , serve anxiety) don't have the 'high' feeling contents in their medication.Β

I used to think I was a liberal but, after seeing that I "needed" to accept the femnazi-gender-neutral-pot-smoking-baby-killing-man-hating-hippie-whore values of them, I changed my mind. I still think gun and immigration laws should change for the better. No flames, please.

I believe that marijuana use should be legalized, but only for those at the age of majority or older - not for kids. I'm not a hippy, but I believe that prohibition against substances doesn't work. As for abortions and stuff, they should only be a last resort, like if a child(especially a seven-year-old) has been impregnated since a little girl could be killed by a pregnancy. My sister doesn't want children but is conservative, and she's been taking lots of precautions in order to not get pregnant. And I wonder why so many people don't know how to do the 69, which prevents pregnancy since sperm can't get to the uterus through the digestive tract.

Of course there are more options, there is an ocean of drugs, although cannabis is one of the softer drugs (less addictive than nicotine and less dangerous to society than alcohol)Β
and there are ways of sex that does not necessarily leads to pregnency.Β
But humans will be humans, and I believe that almost all humans will persue sex and drugs. It is my belief that this is something we do instinctively, something we will never be able to fully control. Therefore, I consider it to desireable to make sure people have safe sex and use the most harmless drugs, rather than try to prohibit the behavior.Β
I also believe that sex is good for you, and that tere is nothing wrong with sex for the sake of pleasure as long as it is practiced freely and with mutual respect among the participants. It keeps away depression, make you happy and helps the body to stay healthy. Β
And finally; What do you have against hippes? What's wrong with peace and love? Don't you agree with Jesus' teachings?

Although I may not be as knowledgeable as you, I must insist that peace and love are both free; love is an emotion, and peace just the absence of conflict and violence, which, atleast from what I understand, is free as well (War for peace, on the other hand, is something very expensive). Peace cannot be at someone else's expence, since it is basically about leaving people be; it is passive, not active. Threats against peace is on the other hand active.Β
Since you despise "hippies" som much, and claim that they have achieved nothing in life, might I ask you what you yourself have achieved? What do you consider to be an "achievement"? What goals are high and what goals are low?
And finally, is encourageing solidarity, empathy for one's fellow man, something bad? Is uneversal healthcare something evil? Diddn't Jesus himself cure the sick and disabled without charging them, diddn't he said "Love thy neighbour" and "Give all your possesions to the poor" ?

Marijuana isn't that bad actually. All it really does is mellow you out and temporarily degrade driving capability beyond damage your lungs like regular cigarettes, look at Californians. I'm not a pothead myself nor am I tempted to become one, but if we're gonna keep alcohol and tobacco around we may as well legalize weed. Prohibition isn't working and just funds drug cartels in Mexico (1/3, 40 to 50 percent of their revenue comes from weed). Plus what decent cop should waste his/her valuable time to handcuff stoned hippies? It'd be cheaper to just taze and pepper-spray them at OWS when they ask for more government.
