This'll be a small critique.
Alright, since I'm critiquing your style, I'll keep this broad.
I think your style looks nice. It's clean, simple, and the lineart is always smooth. I do think, however, it doesn't have much individuality. If you had a new piece I'd never seen before put into a line-up with a bunch of other pony fanarts, I wouldn't be able to pick yours out. It's a nice style, don't get me wrong, but if you were looking for individuality in your art, I don't think that you're currently achieving it.
Your shading and coloring is nice now as well. I really like your style of hair. But a reoccurring problem in your art is the lack of a background, or a very amateur background. It just takes from the picture to have a plain background like you usually do. If you were to put an actual scene in the picture, or something that goes with what the pony is actually doing, your pictures would go from OK to great. I do understand that it can be hard to force yourself to draw a background after you've already created something and wish to post it, but I would recommend never using a gradient or even a pattern like in this current Deviation. It just doesn't look good.

I think you should focus for a while on just perfecting backgrounds. Forget drawing anything else for now, just go to each of these tutorials and draw them just as it says to. You don't have to post it, just practice so that you can feel comfortable drawing backgrounds of your own. Once you can, I think it will improve your Deviations greatly.

It appears almost exactly like the MLP style. Which is good, but it doesn't have much individuality. However, some people like this, and some don't. I like your art either way, but if you like personal style, I would work towards achieving one.
