Reality... Dream... Reality?

Kaylane was running through the forest at full speed, she was being chased by a pack of Wraths. At first a few were easy to handle as they were stupid enough to fall into traps, but then they suddenly started gathering and soon enough there were too many to handle. She then jumps over what she thought was a rock but when she looked back she saw she had another shadow chasing her, a Nightmare. "Oh you're helpful aren't you?" She then jumped over a root but came to a sudden stop. She had reached a cliff edge "GREAT! I don't know what's worse, being another week late and being scolded by Kako and Jacquline or being killed by testosterone filled Wraths with the help of a Nightmare! Fuuuun." She then grabbed her Rubidium Stick from the straps on her back and then whacked the oncoming Nightmare back into the Wraths, on the hit the upper part of the Rubidium Stick revealed a spear head. She then turned round and twirled her weapon above her head, gaining enough force to hit a Wrath with the lower part of the weapon and then slashing it with the upper part. With a satisfying thud from the Wrath the Rubidium Stick emitted another spear head on the other end of the pole. After balancing herself, she held the weapon firmly with both hands and charged at the Shadows, having enough force and strength behind her she tackled them back a few metres with her Rubidium Stick. She then quickly ran back while the shadows were stunned and then charged again, preparing to pole vault over them. Seconds after she was running at them, her weapon poised and ready to strike, soon after her Rubidium Stick was lodged into one of the Wraths back and she was almost flying over them. As soon as she hit the ground she was running again, she could easily get another Rubidium Stick after she got back to The Cross Order after another scolding about lack of respect for weapons. She then took a glance behind her and saw nothing but the jungle path behind her, seeing nothing she decided to slow down and look forwards again but then stopped in her tracks, a Sloth was hanging down from a tree branch in her way with one of its hands free. She tried to take a few steps back but unfortunately it took a swipe at her with its free hand. It almost felt like slow motion as she felt the tear into her skin, the faintness from the massive loss of blood and collapsing to the ground... She blinked a few times before seeing a faint figure.
"Wake up... You're dreaming... Wake up, or you'll die!" She blinked a few more times, whispering hoarsely
"Ray?..." She then closed her eyes, feeling cold all of a sudden.
