Maybe she could be the cosplay type of girl who dresses up as other anime girls, but doesn't change her hair or eyes.
Personally I think something like a school uniform (personalized or not) would be cute on her :3

what if she did something totally different. Like wearing a business woman's suit. Such as a top and skirt variant.
