Yes the muzzle. Stallions and colts have bigger and/or flatter muzzles; mares and fillies have small round ones.
Although, I had seen colts with more female-like pony heads. If Cookie Joe is still a colt, then it makes sense.

Yes he is.
But most of my OCs are stallions, I have one mare (she is married to one my OCs), and a colt too, but he is unrelated to any of my other ocs.
Anyway, I hope Cookie doesn't stay angry forever.
