Wow, I've been trying to draw just a simple Eevee and then roll across this piece of awesome... XDD

I'll start by saying that I love the tail. :3 It looks like a complete flame design (Not to also mention that it's blue.) and that rocks in my humble opinion. Plus she looks so flipping happy. X3 And I want that scarf. oAo
