Dislikes: Gaster, anyone who attacks his friends, Seeing Times sad or in pain, nightmares, people with bad intentions who screw with timelines, and injustice.

Relationships:
Times Mew Roma: Ever since Luka met her he’s been in love with her. As a kid, he was too shy to admit his feelings to her. They both know the responsibility of their job and Luka always comforts her when she witnessed or heard about something that caused her distress. He also doesn’t blame her for what she did to Gaster, knowing that it was just her job and she had no choice. Minute Sans: Luka gets jealous of his relationship with Times, but would never fight over it. He’s actually happy for him, but still has heartache. Now they're lovers & even have a kid.

Xander: Luka's son. Although born recently, his father loves him with all his soul

Gaster: Luka’s arch-enemy & former teacher. Luka used to think he was brilliant, until he attempted time travel. Now he calls ol' Wingdings a fool

Times' Mother: Luka hates her for how she treated Times as a child, and the ONLY reason he still obeys her, is because of her status among the Time Watchers. Luka may or may not want to harm her...

Abilities: Thanks to Gaster's research and experiments, Luka has chronokinesis. He can rewind time, slow it down, speed it up, or stop it completely. He can also apply this to only affect certain people or objects. He can see other timelines if he wants to. As a Time Watcher, Luka is immune to alterations in the timestream. He can use time energy for attacks and forming constructs. Rumor has it that he can also teleport ANYWHERE in the present. His weapons, which he can summon at anytime, are black and white clock hand blades. They can also fuse into a sword. As a chimera, he can breath fire. His tail is also individual, so it can attack and it occasionally eats his food, which he’s fine with since it’s all going to his stomach anyway (Don’t ask). If he get REALLY pissed, he unleashes his full beast form; He grows a goat and dragon head, gets bigger, and his predatory instincts kick in.

Weaknesses: Those immune to Time-based attacks put him at a SEVERE disadvantage. He gets mad easily, he doesn’t have COMPLETE chronokinesis, and he has depression from nightmares. Those with strong determination can cancel a time freeze with a LOT of effort and/or power. He also doesn’t think highly of himself.

Story: He was abandoned by his parents in a dumpster in an alley in Snowdin at the age of 2 because he was born without goat parts like a natural Chimera. Growing up on the streets, he was antisocial and hid his existence from everyone, with the only evidence being scraps of food occasionally disappearing. Then one day, he heard something from around the corner of his alley. Curious, he peeked out and saw some monsters bullying a little girl on her way home. When he got a good look at her, he was immediately smitten. He’d never seen someone so CUTE! And she was a lesser sphinx, just like how he’s a “lesser chimera!” He just HAD to meet her. Having known about these guys for quite some time, he decided to reveal himself to the world/underground.

He stepped out of the shadows and told them to lay off her. When they didn’t, Luka decided to force them to. Knowing that most of them were partially made of ice (and one had fur which is flammable) he knew the best course of action. Taking a big breath, he expelled a spectacle of flame. Of course, it didn’t hit them, but it was enough to send them running. Afterwards, he helped the girl to her feet, asked her name, and if she was alright. She said she was and that her name was Times Mew Roma, but everyone call her Times. She then asked his name. He shyly told her his name was Luka. She said it was nice, but he said it wasn't as unique as hers. She smiled and giggled a bit, making him wonder why ANYONE would bully such a precious creature. She then began picking up the fish the bullies made her drop. Luka thought it looked delicious and was amazed at how many she caught. It was a FEAST compared to the scraps he ate! Times noticed him drooling a bit and offered him one. Embarrassed, he wiped the drool and said that it was hers since she caught it, but she insisted that he take at least one. Touched, he slowly took one and took a bite. It was the best thing he ever tasted! Times asked if he was poor, since he WAS eating it raw. Surprised, he confirmed this and told her he was abandoned by his parents when he was 2. She looked at him pitifully and said she was abandoned at a young age too.

They both fell silent, then she asked if he wanted to live with her. Luka nearly threw up the fish in shock, but quickly swallowed it. He could hardly believe his luck! They JUST met, and she’s giving him this offer! Not to mention they already have something in common! He said he didn’t want to be any trouble, but she said she wouldn’t mind. Luka teared up and hugged her, thanking her for this chance at a better life, and for being the first person to be kind to him. She smiled and hugged back, saying it was just the right thing to do. Eventually, she took him to her home, and at some point, he met minute sans and papyrus. After a few years, they were drafted into the Time Watchers. Times was sent to guard timelines and Luka was sent to study under W. D. Gaster. He learned everything about time and the multiverse from him, and helped whenever he could. One day, he was informed that Times had killed gaster and why it happened. It seems the old man had tried to invent time travel, which could have potentially destroyed timelines! Luka was in shock. How could such a wise, respectable man be so foolish!? As the days passed, he eventually lost all respect for his former teacher. Luka then took gaster’s notes and stuff, and through thorough research, he had perfected time manipulation. The council noticed this, and soon took him to court, where he revealed he did not have COMPLETE chronokinesis nor did he have ill intentions. He could not reset, or time travel. He could not make tears in time, erase time or cause shifts in timelines. And he could not slice through the flow of time itself. After explaining that he only did this to better serve the Time Watchers, and protect those he cares about, he was deemed not guilty. He now does his job, and meets up with Times when he’s not busy.

I might add more on the story later, or change it if she’s still a child at the end of vol. 1, depends on what happens, and where this goes. Please correct me if I got her job history wrong!
