Here is a picture that I did featuring Carol Tea and Milla Basset from the indie game title "Freedom Planet", in which Milla is seen holding onto a cardboard sign in hopes of seeing her friend Lilac becoming a playable character in "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate" while Carol gives her the bad news about it afterwards. Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I decided to take the opportunity to work on a picture that is based on an idea that I've had on my mind for quite some time now after Nintendo had announced the final character to become playable in "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate" back in September 2021, who turned out to be Sora from "Kingdom Hearts" (who happens to be another character from yet another game franchise that I am not a fan of at all). Needless to say, I was actually hoping that Lilac from "Freedom Planet" would gain some acknowledgement and/or recognition before the final DLC character was even revealed, especially since I happen to be one of a few people who would have loved to see Lilac appearing in one of my all-time favorite fighting games, but then I remembered that such a possibility would probably never happened due to the fact that absolutely no one seems to know about "Freedom Planet" despite it being such an amazing and fun game ever since it was released back in 2014, and I even decided to vent my unhappiness by drawing a picture that would have Carol and/or Milla feeling pretty much the same way as well. Anyway, for this picture I've done, I was able to draw Milla going around holding onto a cardboard sign that reads "Lilac 4 Smash Bros." as a way of hoping for Lilac to become playable in the "Super Smash Bros." games, but Carol is then able to tell her that Nintendo is no longer accepting new characters in the game, which ends up making Milla feel unhappy, since Lilac happens to be her and Carol's friend, and Milla would have loved to see her appear in such a crossover game with other popular characters just like what happened with Shovel Knight (who, ironically, was actually able to appear in "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate", but as an Assist Trophy character). When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use an image of a cloudy sky for the background as well as a green grassy texture for the ground. The pictured out very nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
