That is true! I have a bird character but I did not giver her wings. I think my reason was to be different, but I may have been unwilling to do all that work now that I think about it! XD

Thank you! These are a little wonky b/c I used a songbird's wings (I have since changed to a ganet), but I still had fun drawing them and the picture ended up making a great banner on Weasyl ( cooley.deviantart.com/art/Blad… ). Thank you for taking the time to comment!

I like the details in the fur and feathers! The anatomy is good too, I hope to see a little more detail in shading when you colour it though. ^_^

Hehe, thanks. Feathers are such a darn pain to draw, but birds are amazing creatures and I wanted to capture that in my own designs.
