So the biggest problem I've had with posting pictures is that I either have the lines too light or the backgrounds too dark. They're always difficult to see, and since I tend to draw fairly lightly, the pictures would never come out very well whenever I scanned them or took pictures. I don't ink my work, mainly because I can't fix mistakes, so while the art isn't bad, the quality of the post would reduce the quality of the piece.

I first started working on this remake almost two years ago, just doing bits and pieces, by tracing over the lines using the curved line tool in MS Paint and then erasing all the artifacts and such. For my first piece, I can honestly say that it didn't come out half bad!! At least, I don't think so!

I didn't do any shading - I'd like to develop my skills a bit more with this digital transition before I try to improve on that, but for now... ohhhh boy... am I happy with this!! It IS an older piece so there are a few mistakes, but I think for the most part it came out pretty awesome!! X3 so happy!! I've got a few more I plan on sharing, and I can honestly say that I'm really, really enjoying this! It can be tedious to erase everything around the lines but I honestly don't mind that ^^ AND I CAN COLOUR IT!!!
