Winter is such a magical time of year. It can make the simplest things shine like diamonds. This is the first in a series I will be submitting. This is my first work in awhile, trying to get back into my artistic warmth. Take care and thanks for viewing.Related content

I just gasped and announced out loud, "Oh! That's stunning!" Heh.
Looks like your flash went off (or maybe the sun was hitting the tree just right?). I love the lighting effect that it created though. It gives the snow an extra soft glow and makes the ice shine like pure quartz crystal.

I can not begin to describe just how beautiful this is to me, I live in Queensland Australia and I would never see anything like this without traveling hours and hours south, the only thing close to something like this would be a dried out shrub.
It reminds me of lifeless coral, but at the same time as someone said above me, antlers.
Question: Did you use your flash on this, or put a light on it? t seems so crystal clear and bright at the most left of the plant/shrub and it's casting a nice soft shadow behind the leaves.
I love all the blue in this peice, it's cool, calming and refreshing. I love the perspective and the crispness of the subject. Beautiful work, I look forward to the rest.

Those leaves look a lot like antlers .. which adds an even more "magical" sense to it considering that, well, since when do plants grow antlers, right?
A good perspective to the shot just tops it off nicely (and there's an interesting glare from the sun on the top right to boot).

Very lovely the blue hues in this coupled with the snow on the ground really gives one the feeling of how cold it is out there - the plant I know it is that color I think it is called a Dusty Miller - not sure. The lens flare on the right also adds to the picture for it calls attention to the plant with the beam of light shining down upon it. And interesting and unique logo you have made

Wonderful lighting, the foreground just seems to glow. The lens flare is a little distracting, but it also seems to balance the white of the image a little. Still, a wonderful shot.

Wow, that's so pretty, it looks like a sculpture for real ^_^. I looks...so, fragile, and with the simplest touch of it, it would shatter. But then again i guess that's what gives it the beauty of it in my eyes.

Its been a strange winter so far here in Ottawa. We had a wet heavy snow that coated all of the trees, and then it froze. Trees are still coated on one side with snow, I dont recall this ever happening in the past.
