This is my Rifter for and it also works as Task:

Basic Dossier:

True Name: Loosely translated their name is: "Soul Carver" (only a selected few know their true name[Lt Av and Cephus are examples])
Told Name: Having reached Earth they had taken the name Janan
Homeworld: CYGNYX X-3
Family: Not applicable. Janan has been crafted by the community from pieces of the elders masks; and their first soul was given to them thanks to the Breeder yet they also became breeders themselves.
Age: 4 cycles (their current appearance is that of of early to mid 20s)
Height: 5'2"
Build: Svelte and their current appearance is femme coded
"Hair" Color: Their "hair" is consisting of transparent follicles yet it is usually in a wheat color or teal by their emotions (teal is neutral emotions anger changes to wheat)
Eye Color: Not Applicable. Their eyes are always held behind their mask.
Sex: Not Applicable.
   *Janan's people have no sex yet as they are breeders they tend to feel more association to those who breed. In earth Janan is Femme Coded. Yet as far as pronouns go it would be they/them/their

Gender: Intergender
* Considers themselves as no specific gender but at the same time thanks to the souls they have consumed they consider themselves as having all genders while at the same time being none. Yet they still feel slightly more inclined to breeders like themselves.
Sexuality: Asexual
* Reproduction is non existant. Their posterity is created by the remnants of the older generation crafting the mask. Then they are given the first soul by the Breeder who in human terms can be considered a matriarch. Janan is also a Breeder; capable of giving life to the next generation.

Personality:
Janan is a generally calm and curious individual. They enjoy learning and find fascination in things easily, and always seems to find ways of bettering themselves. They find humans amusing and through looking through the internet has decided collectively there is a lot of room for improvement within the race. Thanks to the human souls they have consumed, they have been exposed to emotions and they tend to show it. Even finding silly things humorous (cat videos/vines and meme culture is on the top). Generally they like to be wallflowers, observing and the like and if forced to take a an active participation it may be from anger or simple distaste. They believe that they are doing right, and aren’t evil at all, if asked they will claim themselves into being chaotic neutral and notices that some chaos and violence is good for the overall cosmos.

Reason for Joining:

  Janan has a view that the universe has been in a state of static, unmoving and unchanging. Which is a cause of concern to the rifter, for they share a unique interest in ‘expansion’. While those of their kind have found ‘life’ simple and focus on expanding their traits. Janan enjoys experimental research, which drove them to go out from CYGNYX and infiltrate other planets. While discovering the progression neighboring planets have created it still appeared flat. This drive for expansion caused them to begin consuming souls of other species, to learn of them and potentially see how to continue on ‘evolution’ and reach a universal advancement. In one of the planets they ‘visited’ it was fairly technologically advanced and wanting to understand it they implanted a soul into in and discovered advancements they couldn't see with the populations which created them. Fascinated Janan worked on continuing their research even taking form of the population and blending in as much as they could. While attempting to see how far they could go with their technologic possession they were contacted by an entity formed by ‘technology’ who called themselves AV. Intrigued Janan listened to what AV and his superior Cepheus had to say and saw them able to do what they have wanted to see. Expansion, evolution, a change from the static environment they have mainly found with all the planets they have gone too. Janan sincerely believes that by having this change that they will be one step closer on evolution and the bettering of their universe. With this ambition they have declared their loyalty with Cepheus and has found it better to be besides AV who intrigues them.

Abilities:
  Janan is not offensive, on the contrary they excel in information gathering and defensive maneuvers. Their primary form of information gathering has been their ‘soul tethers’: able to attach one of the many souls they have consumed, and thus are a part of them and ‘tether’ them to objects both organic and technological. If attaching to an organic matter they can use it to accelerate the organic being into healing faster (similar to a cat’s purr but a lot faster than that). With trchnology ite similar ti creating an AI that Janan controls. There is a limit as to how many they can tether and it falls onto how many souls have they consumed so they keep their levels healthy and optimal. .
    They can remove and absorb souls (which is how they sustain themselves) while gaining memories of the soul, and through the souls 'experiencing’ what they did. (Note: this does not work against sailor senshi, but instead on very weak/vulnerable humans or recently deceased humans. It is a scavenging technique that Janan does to sustain themselves, if very desperate they may steal small 'chunks' if there's nothing around for a suitable 'meal' but once again only on humans).

Their ‘hair’ isn’t really hair at all. It is composed of millions of thin ‘hair-like’ constructs of ectoplasm from their souls. When angered they change color from teal to wheat blonde.

Offensive:
Soul Golem: Janan is able to create golems by attaching one of their souls onto inanimate matter. They fight for them and is able to construct 3 at a time, any more Janan won’t have control over them and they will fight blindly with no regard to ally or foe.

Defensive:
Soul Fort: Using their souls and ability to manipulate spiritual energy Janan creates a fortification (the more spiritual energy the bigger/better it is) that can rage from a simple wall/shield to what appears to be a fortress. The bigger the construct the more energy they need, if they are depleted enough they will be forced back into their true form and protect themselves in a bubble shield while they regain energy.
