Well there is no cross breeding or inbreeding other wise the foal will be still born. But breeding can happen between two silvanian equids, both mares and stallions have 6 breeding slots (so they can only parent six foals) other slots and such will be given out for special events and prizes at later dates. and there is currently no ownership limit. Breeding is also free, so no points, but a breeding picture to show the equids together will be required by the receiver of the foal

Yup you just need permission from the other owner, noting me permission, and I don't have foal lines so the foal would appear in adult lines but would be listed as foal / 1 year and any art you make of it can be how you perceive it as a foal or adult :3

I might create foal lines soon otherwise The foal will just be put into the normal adult lines but be put in a different gallery folder labeled foals, and can be considered an adult when ever you decide to grow it up. Growing it up would just be making an adult reference for it with, listing its age which must be at breeding age or above.

Stallions can breed at age 4 and mares at age 5

Twins are very rare but not impossible, due to the species big size the chances of the both foals surviving to birth or even beyond is low. That's why they are so rare.
But one way to get "twins" or more so full blood siblings is by using two breedings slots from the mother and father to get two foals.
Otherwise to get twins from one slot is extremely rare. Hope that helped
