I'd like to say that you did very well on drawing the likeness of her. I don't know what reference you used but I could see it's her, so very well job on that.
My advice to make it more realistic is adding more contrast. By adding more contrast the depth of the portrait will come out better. There's no need to make everything darker (depending on your taste), but by making only a few areas darker, portraits can improve a bunch. Perhaps you could use a pencil with a lower grade. the darkest is 9b I think, though they are very hard to find. I haven't found them myself
All in all, it's a beautiful portrait of Nicole Kidman. My favourite part of this drawing are the eyes.
