As I had mentioned before.. I had this idea that Bill was brought back by a summoning spell but something went wrong and when Bill returned, he was a young boy around the age of eight or nine. Mabel finds him in the forest and Dipper is reluctant to keep Bill a secret but Mabel knows Ford will know who he is and so they agree to keep him a secret with Wendy and Pacifica's help.
