thank you! I really had fun composing this in Macromedia Freehand. I am learning to do vector art in that and a few other vector based programs. This piece I set my parameters to using only geometric shapes, and black and white solids and gradients. It was really cool when I found the "invert" feature that would invert the colors of whatever you placed the outline of an rectangle or circle on. I really had so much fun creating this piece. Then, the final part, was putting the "moon" in the picture -- the big 3Dish sphere. I'm glad you liked it. It was very fun to make.

man! thank you so very much for the compliment! It's vector based art. I had a lot of fun making it. I set my own constraints on using only geometric shapes and only black and white (including gradients thereof) in composing it. It was fun as hell to make. I am truly honored by the fav.

wow! thank you. I was very happy with how this turned out, myself. I did it as a vector based art initially, and then added the 3 dimensional ball in Photoshop. I'm very glad you like it.

I am in an independent study class for art. I wanted to do a study in simple geometric shapes and how you can really get creative with them. This was one in just black, white, and greyscale. Even with that, there is so much that can be done!
