I wanted to practice drawing BlackHat
and I wanted to draw a goofy ringmaster
so

The Ringmaster (C) ClockworkCarousels
I highly doubt these two would get on.
The Ringmaster would irritate him with offhand magic tricks and way too much physical contact, and whenever BlackHat got annoyed and went all voodoo-monster at him in anger The Ringmaster'd just do the same back.
Either that, or The Ringmaster'd be more serious around him, which BlackHat would probably appreciate. He probably buys things from them and takes them back to The Circus for Sprocket to work on.

It's half-off, kind of floating a little bit beneath his head, but I shaded it wonky so it doesn't look right. c': But yes, sorcery is at hand!
You should definitely watch it, it's very good. c: The characters are clearly fandom fodder, but they're neat and the shorts are only short. :U
