I think I see what you're going for, but before you can make something artsy with anatomy, you have to have a good grasp on it.

It's not so much the rain (it could be darker, I didn't even notice it).
If you're going to make a point where something is exaggerated, then you want all attention to go to that part. If the rest of your anatomy is also quite off, the effect of that one part is going to be diminished.
