MS Paint is a tricky program to start off with, we suggest trying a different free program such as Krita and start on improvement from there.

We also suggest to use guidelines and sketching to keep lines consistent and reasonable:
The legs are out of wack but a steady hand and good hand-eye coordination will be helpful for straighter, less arched lines.
Sonic's spines also typically end in a point, not rounded off. Also, this is probably subjective on our part, but the ears are too small.
Another thing is that one shoe size is smaller than the other, and his index finger is a bit big for an index finger, for fingers usually have a consistent width. Also, the top of his torso should be rounder.
 May I mention that one of the socks is taller than the other?
