I've been really into this game series lately, it's a shame capcom forgot it's existence. 8(

But Rush kinda saw some love in the new Super Smash Bros. he's featured in Mega Man's Up + B. So you might have seen him before?

Anyway, speedpaint will be up soon! It might be pretty shitty quality, but it'll most likely be uploaded tomorrow.
