Bio:
A mysterious, brilliant scientist that excels in the field of genetics. Even from a young age, Johann was considered a genius, with an intellect far surpassing what was expected of him at the time. He soared through grade school, and graduated at the top of his class in college. His skills quickly found him a job in the rapidly growing field of genetics, a field that had always interested him, nonetheless. His enthusiasm led him to create many new theories on organic life and he was able to develop modern procedures used to alter the cellular structures of living and non-living creatures. But his biggest achievement by far was his contributions to cloning. He was the first man to successfully clone a human being in recorded history, and with that came another great accomplishment as being the youngest scientist in the world to receive this world's equivalent to the Nobel Physiology Prize at age twenty! It was said this technology could be used to make duplicates of organs and other body parts in an event that later in life a patient will lose that body part due to a disease or other condition. Further studies suggest that they can be used to harvest and grow cells of an acceptable donor's organ into a fully functioning duplicate that can be used for any procedure necessary, thus reducing the wait times on donor lists. Since then, Reginald has been tirelessly toiling away to make his technology complete, but he feels there's something missing in his life... Having advanced the field genetics by about fifty years was an amazing feat in itself, but Reginald felt his talents could be used else where. Looking at the world as a whole, there were wars, and sickness, hunger, disease all the dreadful things that make our world look horrible. He wanted to do something meaningful, he wanted to change the world, but as a scientist even he knew that was an impossibility. Little did he know, a certain round bodied mad man had a close eye on him, and as if it were fate, Reginald would receive a call just when those feelings of change began to arise.

Personality:
Care free, and easy going, Johann's a bit laid back compared to other scientists who are all business and statistics. He forgoes technical and proper jargon to speak with easy off the tongue slang and modern lingo. Quick and witty, he speaks softly, in a friendly tone, and he's known to be popular with the ladies for his stunning good looks as well. He's more inclined to take it easy than to spend his entire day working. That said, when he gets the motivation he won't quit until the project is finished.

Skills:
Compulsive Thinker - He's a little bit ODC in the fact that his mind never stops working, he's always considering every possible outcome in a logical manner, this both a blessing and a curse. While he may be right about the concurrent circumstances of one situation, he can be completely wrong and off base with another. It plays across different things depending on the level of information he uses to analyze any given problem, it's a little hard to explain.

Genius Mind - Reginald's mind can be considered a weapon of mass destruction. It's said that his genius rivals even that of Dr. Gerald Robotnik.

Athleticism - Although appearing tall, lanky and malnourished: Reginald is quite the accomplished athlete, he lettered in Track in High School and he was even up for consideration on this world's equivalent to the Olympics for the United Federation's team.

Other:
He always carries around a pair of sunglasses in his breast pocket.

His wardrobe is rather... interesting to show off his somewhat eccentric personality. It actually comes in three parts, the purple part on his chest, is a vest, the long draping part that comes all the way up to the back of his head is his lab coat, and he wears black, baggy slacks underneath in all.
