watercolor, gouache and mixed media on yupo, 36x60" about 8 hours of work, way more than any other watercolor panting i've done in a year and a half. wanted to do a bigger version of gaia, still think it needs another orange planet/sun at the bottom... it's hung by the blinds in the watercolor room and pulled up to the top(12 ft. high ceilings). hopefully when it's bright out it will illuminate it from the back... and not fall from the black clips five feet to the floor...Related content

this piece got accepted into a student art show on campus...hopefully it wins a prize, one of two watercolor prizes
