A commission I did for a map of a united England and Germany.The POD is that Otto The Great's first wife Eadgyth of England survives longer, resulting in East Francia never conquering Italy. Down the line, this leads to a personal union between the Kingdoms of Ingleland and Germany by Otto's descendants.
