He kind of has some designs & colors of Tackle from Kamen Rider Stronger too.
True story: Did you know that first off, Kamen Rider's very first two baddies Bat & Spider are references to Batman & Spiderman. And Spiderman DID have a Japanese show with a giant robot? I'm serious.
