Hello, while I work on (Mario) The Pocket Watch, I will be doing (Mario)The Music Box -ARC-, a continuation of one of (Mario)The Music Box's bad ending "Missing". This will be a standalone short game with only 2 endings. This game won't be as long as MTMB was it will be around an hour or 2 of gameplay maybe even less. Since I thought getting the "Missing" ending was too easy I decided to do an extension of it and allowing players to travel to the areas they couldn't before. I don't have a release date but I am now making some actual progress with it.Font:

Okay good. Had me worried for a moment. Will this be an extension of the main game, like v1.2, or it's own game? I ask because there's also a few doors that are marked "To be added in a future update", so could this possibly be the thing to make those available?

Those areas are being added in "-ARC-" but it will be a stand alone just for sake of not having to redownload the entire game again.

I hope this does not come across as a dumb question. So this is a continuation of the "missing" ending. Which is one of the endings of Mario The Music Box. Mario The Pocket Watch is an indirect sequel so is Mario the Pocket Watch a continuation of the "good" ending? P.S love your content: art and games and I can't wait for more!

ARC is a continuation of the bad ending missing, this is just an optional extention and is not truly part of the story.
The Pocket Watch is not a continuation. It will have absolutely no connections to "The Music Box" in any way.

But is the Mario from the Music box the same Mario from your Flipnote MVs?
I'm curious because I remember watching your old flipnote series called M.A.R.I.O. (I think that what it was called) explaining why Mario is acting the way he is now. But now there's the Music box so I'm a bit confused.
Also I gave you a shout out at Colors!3D a while back and told them about your game and about your art here and I want to make sure I don't get anything wrong with this next shout out. Reply when ever you get the chance.

M.A.R.I.O was a completely different series I have stopped working on. The series would end with Mario suddenly waking up from a coma. The entire senario was just a dream(thus the parallel characters). Each new character was just a parallel of Mario's actual friends.
Now MTMB's is more of a reality nightmare. I still am working on this series.

Just a question tho, what endings do you consider 'bad' and 'normal'? Or are all the endings categorized as 'bad'? Because I thought 'Missing' ending was 'normal' ending because... well, if you want to get out of a house, why using the front door not something that pop up in your mind first?
Either way, nice to see a continuation to an already amazing game. Luigi is dead in 'Missing' ending, and Mario is possessed, never to be seen again... I'm intrigued. Good luck on making the game!

Omitted memory ending, missing ending, and sealed ending are all bad endings. Puppet was the normal end.

Considering that Luigi died in the "Missing" ending, will the puppet of theΒ player be Mario, Riba, someone else or a combination of these?
And don't worry that people could achieve this end with so much ease. That further increases the terror of this end, as it is extremely likely, that it's the first (second if you start with going upstairs and getting the "Omitted Memories" end) end you achieve.
