I don't have a link to any program.
You can buy photoshop (it's a bit expensive), use Paint Tool Sai which has a 30 day
free trial, or use GIMP or another free program.

You have to save the pose to your computer, and color it with a program like Gimp.
You also have to make sure the pose is matched to our standards as well as own a subscription.
