I felt compelled to do another one, this time with clouds and a little bit of extras.Still gotta work on my texture-arrangement, though, because I placed all the oceans of the planet on the edges of the texture, which is why they can't really be seen, lol. Plus the clouds are hiding some details.

Thanks a lot, means a lot coming from an experienced space artist as yourself. 
I didn't create the nebulae myself, though, used stocks for that. Next time I'm gonna give them a try as well.

Sure, it can be done, but with all the city lights, it'd be a looot of time-consuming work as well. I might do a planet with a larger city some time, tho.

Der Mond ist vielleicht etwas klein, aber ansonsten schauts sehr realistisch aus finde ich.

Die Nachtseite war ursprΓΌnglich sogar dunkler, bloΓ im Prozess den planet besser in den Hintergrund zu passen hab ich biserl heller gmacht... bloΓ is jetz der teil eh nicht im Bild, ich habs ja beschnitten. Werd aber glaub das nochmal bearbeiten, stimmt schon dass so biserl unrealistisch is. Is eh die Frage, ob nicht der GroΓteil dunkel sein sollte, weil ja die Sonne immer noch biserl hinter dem Planeten ist. BloΓ dann wΓΌrden die ganzen Details futsch gehen, und sieht so ja auch okay aus.
