OH! almost forgot. An 'inside out' is a type of frisbee throw...it bends.

Breaking people isn't exactly an honorable claim. Beating someone at basketball, however...

I apologize for my oversight. See, not a lot of people read what I put up here. Those who do read my poetry know me pretty well. Further, this piece was originally for performance art where the audience was pretty well acquainted with my activities. I wasn't using 'breaking' as an actual beating up, or physical damaging of someone else. I didn't realize anyone would read, let alone notice.
So here's what I mean to say when I say 'breaking':
I play ultimate frisbee...and 'breaking' is a term used when the handler (me, with the disc) throws to the side of the field that the point mark (the defender) is not suppose to let me throw to. This often results in a complete breakdown of the rest of the team defense (a longer explanation is necessary,, but for that the UPA is available). When the defender realizes that I have thrown through his mark, he has to yell 'broken' to his team so they know that he has, essentially, failed at defending me.
So you see, breaking a man on the frisbee field is comparable to beating him in the open lane, and something that a girl would normally not be expected to be capable of or successfully do.
Thank you Argus for allowing me this opportunity to explain.

Oh...I never was very good at ultimate. Regardless, don't thank me for not getting a clever in-joke.
