So I did Mermay with my own prompt list this year: Mermay Prompts 2020 (It's free to use if you want to use select prompts from it)Day 2 was Lionfish. I learned that they're native to the Indian Ocean, so I couldn't resist doing an Indian themed gal. The clothing references I used were so pretty! I didn't do them justice. I'm really happy with this piece though.
But I'm doing this to experiment, and build the world for one of my stories, not to look good.
