It's strange how just about any monsters can ambush the party, regardless of size and other details.

Anyway, I guess I should write the explanation here since I never bother myself to write their stories down in its own document:

Basically, Ludin has been in Aasgard for some time by now, but has managed to establish that the one he is searching for is for some reason not to be found here! He is quite shocked to hear this, as this would normally mean they are either still in Midgard, or worse, they have died outside of battle and gone to Helheim instead.
Despite Eir's attempts at stopping him, Ludin absolutely insist on going to Midgard to search for clues. And since Eir failed to convince Ludin, she decides to tag along.

As they are searching around in Midgard for clues, they are suddenly ambushed by a forest troll!
And then suddenly, the party is wiped out!
