i have this plastic egg mold i bought on amazon. you can find it on etsy, ebay, jlist and other sites. very common bento accessory.

i have this egg mold i bought from j-list.com you take a peeled egg that is still hot from boiling. place it in the mold and let it cool completely in the fridge. it'll keep its shape after it has been completely cooled.
