(note in my opinion the tick would win: sure CC can fly and shoot lazers but Tick shrugged off a 4000 foot fall followed by a subway train collision. ive seen the Chin fold before a few bronze knees.... though cleft could take down arthur... but not little wooden boy!) SPOOOOOOON!

lol awesome pic. I am always reminded of the Tick when I see the Chin, they have a similar look, and dare I say it, IQ. But The Tick is nigh-invulnerable and could win over The Chin any day.
