Description I grant you three wishes!



No wishing for more wishes

Thought some dandelion fluff was called for in lieu of snow

My three wishes ( it's ok to tell waht you'd wish for)

Weight under 250
continued good health
Become a Multi-Billionaire (every bit as good as wishing for more wishes, no?)

Thank you Jonathan Still working on the weight--had some setbacks over the last year though, but I'm back on track (and the treadmill ) Gotta shape up a little as I've got a trek through the desert canyonlands planned at the end of March

Grateful for that update John,was wondering how your weight loss was going,seems a long time since you updated any news on it.
Your setbacks,I can totally empathise and understand those brother,hopefully you can stay on track now,you go my man!

I'ts going slowly with the weight loss--I seem to be gaining and losing the same 50 pounds over and over like I just can't let go of it. It's no wonder really...I lose focus, gain focus, etc. I go through periods where life is great and I want to love forever and others where I just don't give a damn, you know? I'm trying to make this time different and keep that focus and lose the anger I've been feeling since last April. Unfortunately, food is a coping mechanism with me and I've got to change that.

I'm planning on going to a couple different areas in Utah--how much I can cover when I get there will be up to me

Arches National Park(Near Moab, Utah) [link]

Canyonlands National Park (a little farther south and west) [link]
a pretty good WMV video from Canyonlands [link] The medium quality file is the better one

Capitol Reef National Park (south central Utah) [link]

I may not get to Capitol Reef N.P. though as I am planning on concentrating on getting night shots in the first two places. Happy browsing!

As soon as I saw those pics and viddy I immediately saw you capturing some awesome night shots there brother They all look amazing looking locations,will be looking forward to seeing what you see when you come back

You did have an extremely stressful,testing time year last year so it`s not surprising that you`ve been struggling with the yoyo weight loss and depression never helps any situation does it ,you know exactly what is required though,the focus you mention coupled with consistency and dedication.
You can only do your best John,never give up
