you commented on my ability to draw a heart and referred to my medical education which means you thinks I should have drawn an actual heart.

..even though the heart has nothing to do with feeling, it just pumps blood.

"Slave to my heart" refers to following what you feel, which is a thought process and thus controlled by the brain.

So really, if I was going to be "realistic" and draw what you follow when you follow your heart, I'd have drawn a brain.
