Description

This is Mortimer. He's a student of alchemy, hoping to pick apart the universe and figure out how everything works. He's willing to hit his head against the world until it budges for as long as it takes, but when he isn't bruising his forehead over knowledge he's mastering the guitar.

Everyone has a different way of casting magic. Mortimer treats everything as if it were sheet music, a series of notes which come together to form a symphony. This approach is unique to him, and professors have some difficulty translating his notes to something they can practice. This is a natural process, as everyone in the university speaks strictly in Crypts when passing information. It's anyone's guess what one could be getting at: all that matters is that results are produced.
