Though not pure white, the emptiness truly is powerful and brings the watcher in profoundly. The rocks sticking out from the void reminds me of fingertips poking out from the surface of a pool of quicksilver.
Though, to be honest, the url really dampens the overall picture. I know that it's to deter away any potential art thieves but try placing the url somewhere at the bottom or the corner so that it wouldn't be too distracting.
Otherwise, Simple and extraordinary.

I know, i hate adding watermarks, i wish i didn't need to. I would stick it nearer the edge but then it is too easily cropped out. Rock and a hard place ya know?

Not overly, it is pretty much as shot. Just a bit of dodge and burn

Don't be frightened to let people get a good look at your work! I think this is really too small to do it justice - the white blankness needs to fill the screen if possible or it just looks like a dead space in the website.
That said, what I can see looks good: nice texturing and an engaging idea well executed. I'd really (really) like to see it larger!
