The main concept of this work, if you are familiar with the USSR, socialist realism- you might understand this better, it represents the ideas of Lenin taking form in the working people. There are a lot of ideas implied in the image. i.e. the proletarians carrying onward in the name of Lenin. A lot of this you see after Lenin's death- За Ленина! [for Lenin!] Lenin remained a leader, in the minds and thought of the working people. He was no longer alive, but remained in the hearts and minds of the entire proletariat, his comrades, party members- as they carried onward in the revolutionary struggle.
