yeah... I pretty much raised my little sister and my nieces. it takes a while, but eventually you learn the difference between an "OMG this is so fun" scream, a "i'm bored pay attention to me" yell, the "I am going to fucking murder you if you don't give that back" shout, the "in pain and/or in a fight" cries, and the "AHH! Help me I'm in danger or going to die" holler. kids scream in so many different ways, it's not funny, but you get used to it.
