They don't look THAT much alike, though considering how influential Kikaider has been on various anime/manga characters over the last 40 years, I wouldn't be surprised if the creators of Megaman used Saburo as inspiration

Hmm, I forgot all about this anime. But now that I remember it I loved it so much! Especially this guy. Anyone else think he resembles the Digimon Kaizer in the face? Just a bit? With the glasses and hair?
